Novum Audio Visual is the new brand name of audioMSG, following the merger with Mad Borris Productions in June 2011.

audioMSG Limited was founded in 2005 by Simon Kemp and his brother Luke. Based in Swindon, audioMSG grew very quickly through developing a reputation of delivering a quality service the first time, every time. audioMSG focused on supplying conferences and corporate events and boasted an impressive client portfolio that included household names such as Microsoft, Intel, and Npower.

Mad Borris Productions focused predominantly on supplying sound and lighting for concerts and festivals; supporting touring bands and a number of charity events along the way.
